BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 23

At the end of section 239 of the Principal Act insert —

    "(2)     A certificate of the Registrar of the Victorian Building Authority specifying that a person is or is not recorded in the Register of Building Employees or the class of licence of a person or that a licence certificate has been issued in respect of a person is evidence and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, proof of the matters stated in the certificate.".
