BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 34

In section 25AB(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (a), after "building work" insert "and whether or not the building permit is suspended";

        (b)     in paragraph (b), for "insured architect" substitute "architect registered under the Architects Act 1991 ".
