BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 42
Application for registration—general
After section 170A(d) of the Principal Act insert —
"(da) if the applicant is a natural person, be
accompanied by a recent photograph of the applicant that is of a size and
form specified by the Authority; and".
