BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 45
Meaning of disciplinary action
For section 178(h) of the Principal Act substitute —
"(h) disqualify the practitioner for a specified
period of up to 3 years from being registered in any category or class of
building practitioner.".
