BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 51

    (1)     In section 182E(1) of the Principal Act, for "If" substitute "Subject to subsection (1A), if".

    (2)     After section 182E(1) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(1A)     If the Authority believes the ground set out in section 178(1)(db) exists to take disciplinary action against the registered building practitioner, the Authority must take the disciplinary action proposed in the show cause notice.".
