BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 61
Grounds on which disciplinary action may be taken
After section 221ZZZG(1)(d) of the Principal Act insert —
"(da) he or she has not complied with any
prescribed continuing professional development requirements;".
