BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 71

After section 229E(3) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(4)     Subsection (3) does not apply to a sample taken by an authorised person, and subjected to destructive testing, in the exercise of a power under this Division.".
