BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 74
Amendment to Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Act—Building regulations—Regulation-making powers
For item 6 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Act substitute —
"6. The use and testing (including the destructive
testing) of specified building products and materials.".
