BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 78

For section 32C(b) of the Sale of Land Act 1962 substitute —

    "(b)     if the land is in an area that is designated as a bushfire prone area under section 192A of the Building Act 1993 , a statement that the land is in such an area;".
