BUILDING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (CONSUMER PROTECTION) ACT 2016 (NO. 15 OF 2016) - SECT 13

At the end of clause 11K of Schedule 1 to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998 insert —

    "(2)     In this Part, words and expressions have the same meanings as they have in the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 .".
