Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In section 170(1)(b)(ii) of the Building Act 1993 , before "holds" insert "unless the regulations otherwise provide in relation to a particular category or class,".
(2) For section 170(1)(c) of the Building Act 1993 substitute —
"(c) is a fit and proper person to practise as a building practitioner, having regard to all relevant matters, including the character of the applicant; and".
