BIOSECURITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (INCIDENT RESPONSE) ACT 2024 (NO. 1 OF 2024) - SECT 43
Possession or administration of exotic disease agents
In the penalty at the foot of section 39(1) of the
Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 , for "900 penalty units"
substitute "3000 penalty units".
