BACK TO WORK ACT 2015 (NO. 3 OF 2015) - SECT 56

After section 20(2) of the Taxation Administration Act 1997 insert —

    "(3)     Subsection (1)(d)(i) does not apply in respect of a liability arising under the Back to Work Act 2015 .".
