Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if, after giving the Authority an annual statement, a licensee becomes aware of a material change to any information included in the statement.
(2) Within 14 days after becoming aware of the change, the licensee must give the Authority notice of it.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
