CORONERS ACT 2008 (NO. 77 OF 2008) - SECT 124

After section 64(2)(h) of the Coroners Act 1985 insert —

    "(ha)     to contribute to reducing the number of preventable deaths and to promote public health and safety and the administration of justice;".
