CORONERS ACT 2008 (NO. 77 OF 2008) - SECT 31

Application for investigation into a fire

    (1)     A person may request a coroner to investigate a fire.

    (2)     If a coroner refuses a request to investigate a fire, the coroner must give written reasons for the refusal to the person who made the request.
