CORONERS ACT 2008 (NO. 77 OF 2008) - SECT 56
Interested party
A coroner may give a person leave to appear as an interested party at an
inquest if the coroner is satisfied that—
(a) the person has a sufficient
interest in the inquest; and
(b) it is appropriate for the person
to be an interested party.
