Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If a coroner determines that a death is not a reportable death, the person who reported the death may appeal against the coroner's determination to the Trial Division of the Supreme Court constituted by a single judge.
(2) Subject to section 86, an appeal under this section must be made within 3 months after the day on which the determination of the coroner is made.
