Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If a coroner determines not to investigate a fire, the person who requested the coroner to investigate the fire may appeal against the coroner's determination to the Trial Division of the Supreme Court constituted by a single judge.
(2) Subject to section 86, an appeal under this section must be made within 3 months after the day on which the determination of the coroner is made.
