CORONERS ACT 2008 (NO. 77 OF 2008) - SECT 96

Assignment of duties

    (1)     The State Coroner may assign duties to a coroner.

    (2)     A coroner must carry out the duties that are from time to time assigned to him or her by the State Coroner.
