CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 61 OF 2009) - SECT 6
New section 5A inserted
After section 5 of the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003 insert —
" 5A Conversion of certain regional
cemetery trusts to Class A cemetery trusts
Schedule 3 has effect.".
