CONSUMER AFFAIRS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 1 OF 2010) - SECT 71
Restriction on certain permit applications
In section 72 of the Prostitution Control Act 1994 after paragraph (a) insert
—
"(ab) a person who has made an application for a
licence under section 33; or".
