CATCHMENT AND LAND PROTECTION AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 51 OF 2013) - SECT 13

After section 70B(3) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(4)     The Secretary must not serve a notice under subsection (1) on a municipal council in respect of the roadside of any municipal road in its municipal district if an approved roadside weed and pest animal management plan is in operation in respect of the municipal district.".
