CONSTITUTION AMENDMENT (JUDICIAL PENSIONS) ACT 2008 (NO. 23 OF 2008) - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     Subject to subsection (2), this Act (except Part 6) comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     Part 6 comes into operation on the day on which section 73 of the Relationships Act 2008 comes into operation.
