CONSTITUTION AMENDMENT (JUDICIAL PENSIONS) ACT 2008 (NO. 23 OF 2008) - SECT 7
Amendment of section 83 to include child of partner
In section 83(2C) of the Constitution Act 1975 after "the judge" insert "or
his or her partner".
