COMPENSATION AND SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 65 OF 2008) - SECT 2

    (1)     Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     Sections 3 and 4 are deemed to have come into operation on 11 September 2008.

    (3)     Section 10 comes into operation on 2 December 2008.
