CLIMATE CHANGE AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (RENEWABLE ENERGY AND STORAGE TARGETS) ACT 2024 (NO. 9 OF 2024) - SECT 26

In section 9 of the Renewable Energy (Jobs and Investment) Act 2017 —

        (a)     in paragraph (c), for "2025." substitute "2025; and";

        (b)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     the renewable energy target for 2035—by 31 December 2030.".
