CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PUBLIC ORDER) ACT 2017 (NO. 32 OF 2017) - SECT 9

    (1)     In item 2 of Schedule 3 to the Corrections Act 1986 omit "affray, riot or".

    (2)     In item 3 of Schedule 3 to the Corrections Act 1986 , after paragraph (s) insert —

    "(sa)     section 195H (affray);

        (sb)     section 195I (violent disorder);".
