Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Minister must ensure that a review is undertaken and a report is prepared to determine whether there is an ongoing need for Cladding Safety Victoria as established by this Act.
(2) The Minister must ensure that the review is undertaken no later than 1 January 2024.
(3) The Minister must ensure that a copy of the
report referred to in subsection (1) is laid before each House of Parliament
within 7 sitting days of that House after the review is completed.
