Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsSubject to section 125, the Secretary must not disclose the identity of or disclose any information that is likely to lead to the disclosure of the identity of a person who made a report to the Secretary under section 82 if the Secretary is satisfied that—
(a) the disclosure of the identity of the person making the report is likely to place the child who is alleged to have been abused at risk of harm; or
(b) the identity of the person who made the report should be protected for the sake of the health or safety of that person or members of his or her family.
