CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 (NO 96 OF 2005) - SECT 204

    (1)     The Minister may—

        (a)     issue directions to be followed by protective interveners in the exercise of their functions; or

        (b)     amend, in whole or in part, any directions issued under paragraph (a).

    (2)     The Minister must consult with the Minister administering the Police Regulation Act 1958 before issuing directions relating to protective interveners who are members of the police force.

    (3)     The Minister must cause any directions issued and any amendments made under sub-section (1) to be published in the Government Gazette.
