Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A written report made by a convenor under section 218 as a result of a facilitative conference is admissible in the proceedings of the Family Division in respect of the child who is the subject of the conference for the purpose of establishing the conclusions reached at the conference.
(2) A written report made by a convenor under section 219 as a result of an advisory conference is admissible in the proceedings of the Family Division in respect of the child who is the subject of the conference for the purpose of advising the Court on the matters set out in section 219(2)(c).
