Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A convenor has, in the performance of his or her duties as convenor of a dispute resolution conference under this Division, the same protection and immunity as a magistrate has in the performance of his or her duties.
(2) A person representing a party in a dispute resolution conference has the same protection and immunity as a legal practitioner has in representing a party in proceedings in the Court.
