Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to the approval of the Minister and having regard to the objects of this Part and, where relevant, the purposes of a community-based child and family service, the Secretary may allocate funds to any community-based child and family service, municipal council, or non-government agency out of money available for the purpose.
(2) The Secretary may allocate funds under sub-section (1) to be used for such purposes and subject to such conditions as the Secretary considers appropriate.
