Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If the Court makes a supervision order in respect of a child, the parent must permit the Secretary to visit the child at his or her place of residence and to carry out the duties of the Secretary under the order.
(2) The Secretary may, by notice in the prescribed form, give to—
(a) the child in respect of whom a supervision order is made; or
any direction that the Secretary considers to be in the best interests of the child and that is both reasonable and lawful.
