CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 (NO 96 OF 2005) - SECT 309
Revocation of long-term guardianship to Secretary order
On an application under section 306, the Court may revoke the order if it is
satisfied that it is in the best interests of the child to do so.
