Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Secretary must prepare and implement procedures for the review within the Department of decisions made as part of the decision-making process following the making of a protection order.
(2) The Secretary must ensure that a copy of the procedures prepared under sub-section (1) is given to the child and his or her parent together with the copy of the case plan required to be given under section 167.
