CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 (NO 96 OF 2005) - SECT 506
President, magistrate or acting magistrate to be in attendance
Except where the Court is to be constituted by the President, the President,
after consulting the Chief Magistrate, must make arrangements for a magistrate
or an acting magistrate to attend on the day and at the time and place at
which the Court is to be held.
