DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 40 OF 2017) - SECT 12
New section 80ZF inserted
Before section 81 of the Principal Act insert —
" 80ZF Definitions
In this Part—
"commercial supply" means supply in the course of carrying out a commercial
activity;
"produce" has the same meaning as it has in Part IIIA.".
