Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to this Division, a panel may decide its own procedures.
(2) A panel is required to observe the principles of natural justice but is not bound by the rules of evidence.
(3) A panel may have regard to—
(a) a report prepared by an assessor about the registered disability worker or disability student; and
(b) any other information that the panel considers relevant to the hearing of the matter.
