DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 135

As soon as practicable after an interim prohibition order or prohibition order is made, the Commissioner must publish in the Government Gazette and on the Commission's Internet site notice of the order, including—

        (a)     the name of the unregistered disability worker to whom the order applies; and

        (b)     the effect of the order; and

        (c)     any conditions set out in the order, if the Commission is satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so; and

        (d)     the date on which the order takes effect; and

        (e)     the date, if any, on which the order expires.
