Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), an approved accreditation standard takes effect—
(a) on the day on which it is published on the Board's Internet site; or
(b) if a later day is stated in the accreditation standard that is published on the Board's Internet site, on that day.
(2) An accreditation standard that requires the approval of the Minister does not take effect in accordance with subsection (1) unless the Minister has approved it before publication.
