Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An individual may apply for limited registration to enable the individual—
(a) to undertake a period of training or supervised practice as a disability worker; or
(b) to undertake an assessment; or
(c) to sit an examination that is approved by the Board.
(2) An individual is qualified for limited registration for a purpose set out in subsection (1) if the Board is satisfied that the individual has completed a qualification that is relevant to, and suitable for, the training, the supervised practice as a disability worker or an assessment or examination referred to in subsection (1), as the case requires.
