Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If, after considering an application for registration, the Board proposes to refuse registration or to grant registration subject to a condition, the Board must give the applicant written notice of the Board's proposed actions.
(2) The notice must—
(a) state the reasons for the Board's proposed actions; and
(b) invite the applicant to make a written or verbal submission to the Board before the date stated in the notice, being a date not less than 30 days after the day on which the notice is given.
