DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 174

If the Board fails to decide an application for registration within 90 days after its receipt, or any longer period agreed between the Board and the applicant, the failure by the Board to make a decision is taken to be a decision to refuse registration.
