Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An individual (other than a disability student) may apply to the Board for endorsement of the individual's registration.
(2) The application must be—
(a) in the form approved by the Board; and
(b) accompanied by the relevant fee; and
(c) accompanied by any other information reasonably required by the Board.
(3) For the purposes of subsection (2)(c), the information that the Board may require an applicant to provide includes and is not limited to—
(a) evidence of the qualifications that the applicant believes qualifies the applicant for endorsement; and
(b) evidence of successful completion of all periods of supervised practice as a disability worker required by a relevant approved registration standard; and
(c) if the applicant is required to complete an examination or assessment set by or on behalf of the Board, evidence of the successful completion of the examination or assessment.
