(1) As soon as practicable after making a decision under section 177, the Board—
(a) must give the applicant written notice of the Board's decision; and
(b) if the Board decides to endorse the applicant's registration, give the applicant a new certificate of registration.
(2) If the Board decides not to endorse the applicant's registration or decides to endorse the applicant's registration subject to a condition, the notice under subsection (1)(a) must state—
(a) the reasons for the decision; and
(b) that the applicant may apply for review of the decision; and
(c) how an application for review may be made and the period within which the application must be made.
