Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If the Board registers a person as a disability student, the registration is subject to any condition that the Board considers necessary or desirable in the circumstances.
(2) If the Board registers a person as a disability student subject to a condition, the Board must decide a review period for the condition.
