DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 20

The Board, by instrument, may delegate to any of the following persons or bodies any function or power of the Board, other than this power of delegation—

        (a)     a member of the Board;

        (b)     the Commissioner;

        (c)     an employee of the Commission or a person engaged by the Commission to provide services to the Board;

        (d)     a committee established under section 19.
