DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 200

    (1)     A registered disability worker, by written notice given to the Board, may surrender the disability worker's registration.

    (2)     The surrender of the registration takes effect on—

        (a)     the day on which the Board receives the notice under subsection (1); or

        (b)     the later day stated in the notice.
